By installing and using the Bulk Tracking Import application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service and uninstall the application from your Shopify store.
Bulk Tracking Import is a utility application designed to help Shopify merchants update order tracking information in bulk by uploading CSV or Excel files. The Service communicates directly with the Shopify API on your behalf to update fulfillment statuses.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the tracking information and order IDs contained in the files you upload. We are not responsible for any incorrect fulfillments, customer complaints, or financial losses resulting from inaccurate data provided by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service relies on the Shopify API to perform actions. We implement mechanisms to respect Shopify's API rate limits. However, we cannot guarantee that the Service will not be temporarily suspended or delayed if your store experiences API throttling from Shopify.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
